Immediately following Seville, she attended another insightful conference in Barcelona, organized by the Special Interest Group (SIG) on Assessment and Evaluation. The theme was "Assessment and Inclusivity in the Era of Digital Transformation." Lisa Wintersberg presented a paper titled "Theory-Oriented Evaluation Approaches for Corporate Training – Design-Based Research." This presentation was particularly significant as it resonated well with the other sessions focused on evaluating the impact of lifelong learning in higher education.

Both conferences provided a wealth of new research ideas and valuable insights. The interactions and discussions have equipped her with innovative approaches and practical knowledge that she looks forward to applying in the workplace.
