EAPRIL 2023

Four members of our team, Christina Ioanna Pappa, Katharina Prummer, Anna Trikoili, and Lisa Wintersberg, made an impactful presence at the EAPRIL 2023 conference in Belfast. The European Association for Practitioner Research on Improving Learning (EAPRIL) promotes practice-based research on learning in the context of initial, formal, lifelong, and organizational learning. This year's conference had the topic “One for all, all for one: Building bridges by working together”. Our team actively contributed to the discourse by exploring pivotal topics such as Technology Education in Primary Schools, Mentoring and VET Leaders' Emotional Intelligence, Collaborative Problem-Solving Skills in Higher Education, Skills Transfer to the Workplace, and the Gap between Academia and Practice in Instructional Design. Overall, the conference has been an excellent opportunity for networking and exposure to new ideas.
