The student campus (Schülercampus) is aimed at Bavarian students who would like to study edcuation and become teachers. The initiative of the State Ministry for Education and Cultur was implemented in this in cooperation with the TÜV SÜD Foundation, the Technical University of Munich, the Landshut University of Applied Sciences, the ISB as well as the Bavarian Network for Teachers with Migration History LeMi e. V.
The TUM Professorship of Technical Education also actively participated in this year's student campus. In this context Daniel Pittich was involved in a panel discussion together with Minister of State Prof. Dr. Piazolo and Horst Schneider of the TÜV SÜD Foundation. In workshops and vocational learning environments, the students, together with Alfred Riedl, Tobias Ludwig and Bernhard Renner, experienced first-hand what vocational education means and how learning is conceived and initiated by teachers at vocational schools.
