Publication in bwp@ on the promotion of transversal (interdisciplinary) skills in vocational education and training by Daniel Pittich, Andreas Gromer and Raphael Sing


In the future, even greater importance will be attached to generic competences, as skilled workers will not only need subject-specific competences, but also an ever-increasing level of generic competences in order to be able to deal with new and complex problems.

How these competence facets and the relevant learning objectives for school practice can be concretized with the help of the ÜFA competence matrix is discussed in the scientific article "Concretization of generic competences as learning objectives of a learning field lesson - A current focus of vocational didactic research." (Pittich, D./Gromer, A./Sing, R.; 2023).
