Katharina Prummer presented her research results from the PgDip Leadership for Transformation project at the international conference of the Education Association of South Africa (EASA): How do professionals perceive the mentoring concept for their professional development? The audience gave positive feedback on the application-oriented perspectiveand the methodological approach of the study presented. The discussion also provided valuable input for the further development of the concept. The EASA conference took place from 8 - 11 January 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa.
