Conference: Mentoring as a central element of teacher education: research and professionalization approaches

A conference on the above-mentioned topic took place from March 9th-10th, 2023 at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen, in cooperation with "ProPraxis" at the Philipps-University in Marburg. The focus of the conference was the presentation and discussion of current research results and perspectives on mentoring. Katharina Prummer and Daniel Pittich gave a presentation on the research results from the project "Leadership for Transformation". In addition, the mentoring concept developed within this project was presented and its adaptation within the Master's program "Vocational Education and Innovation" was discussed.
