Career
Hilal Calisir has been a research associate at the Assistant Professorship of Technical Education at TUM since February 2024. She is working on the project "BBI@TUM", which focuses on the conception and implementation of an international master's program for professionals in vocational education. After her BA degree in Preschool Education (2012-2017), she completed her first master's degree (MA) in the field of Early Childhood Education in 2022 and her second master's degree in the field of Research on Teaching and Learning (M.Ed) at TUM in 2023. She worked several years as a teacher in Turkey. During her master's studies at TUM, she gained experience in empirical research as a research assistant at the Rudolf Mößbauer Tenure Track Assistant Professorship of Learning Sciences and Educational Design Technologies (January 2023 - March 2023), and Assistant Professorship of Technical Education (October 2022 - January 2024).
