On June 15 and 16, 2023, Prof. Manuel Förster and Andreas Kraitzek were guests of their colleagues at Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main as the 4th network meeting of the AFin research group took place.

This time, the meeting focused on the enhanced results of the individual working groups. Based on these results, a first concept of a comprehensive competence model with a focus on the recording of "competent financial action" in potential financially relevant situations could be developed and discussed in the plenary. In addition, a draft of an alternative, computer-based assessment instrument was presented, with competent financial action to be recorded based on that framework model. The considerations so far are to be recorded in a SpringerBrief until the next meeting. A walk through Frankfurt's financial district with a visit to the observation deck of the Main Tower rounded off the program.

The following network meeting is expected to take place in December 2023 in Munich.
