The “Promotionspreis” (Prize for Doctoral Theses and Dissertations) is awarded by the Freunde der TUM e. V. (TUM Association of Alumni and Friends) for outstanding doctoral theses and dissertations. Nominated by the School of Social Sciences and Technology for the prize and selected as one of the seven award winners for 2023 by the board of Freunde der TUM e. V.

Kulturpreis Bayern 2023- Dissertation
Nominated by the Graduate Center of the School of Social Sciences and Technology (1 nominee selected by the School) for the Kulturpreis Bayern 2023 (Bavarian Culture Prize) in the category of “University” that awards the best doctoral dissertations.
The “Kulturpreis Bayern” is awarded by the Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst (StMWK - Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts) and Bayernwerk.

Certificate of Excellence in Teaching (2021)
Nomination for the “Preis für gute Lehre” (Prize for Excellence in Teaching), which is awarded by the Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst (StMWK - Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts) to honor the best university instructors in Bavaria each year.
Awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Teaching in recognition of outstanding achievement in academic teaching and further professional development.
