New research results, a thematic booklet, numerous events, a lot of feedback from educational practitioners - we have very much enjoyed working with all of you this year.
Together with other researchers, we were able to gain many new insights: For example, how high-achieving pupils can be better supported individually, that the design of textbook tasks has an influence on motivation or to what extent study conditions in teacher education can have an effect on the shortage of teachers.
We were able to work up many results in a practice-oriented way, such as our findings on parental involvement in the school context. With the support of educational practitioners, we also put a lot of heart and soul into our thematic booklet on gender differences in educational contexts, which was published this year. We were particularly pleased about the many events to which we were able to contribute and which again gave us the opportunity to exchange directly with teachers and schools.
With this short review of 2022 in mind, we would like to thank you very much for the interest in our work and all the enriching impetus that we received from educational researchers and educational practitioners.
We wish you a Merry Christmas, confidence and good luck for the coming year and we look forward to seeing you again in 2023!
