Welcome to the Professorship of Psychology of Teaching and Learning

The Professorship of Psychology of Teaching and Learning deals with research questions within the framework of empirical educational research. We explore how the professional competencies of teachers and general school conditions affect the quality of teaching from an educational-psychological perspective. Our aim is to make our scientific findings accessible to school practice.

Our work is based on empirical educational research. We focus on the teacher and the school and also on the interactions between the teacher, the school, the school administrators and the teaching staff.

Our courses for the current semester can be viewed here. We also offer students the opportunity to have their Bachelor's and Master's theses supervised by us. Do not seditate to get in touch with us!
