We conduct research on innovative learning environments, the professionalization of teachers, and communication/interaction between teachers and students. We work with authentic practical simulations, eye-tracking methods, and research syntheses. We combine our research with systematic teacher training in innovative teaching methods. We validate our research findings in practice, and these experiences and insights from real-life teaching situations are then incorporated into further research.
