Career development
Elisabeth Bauer studied Educational Sciences in her Bachelor's degree and Psychology in the Learning Sciences in her Master's degree at LMU Munich. From 2017 to 2023, she worked as a research associate at the Chair of Education & Educational Psychology at LMU Munich. During this time, she worked on the BMBF project FAMULUS on facilitating diagnostic thinking and reasoning in medical and teacher education using simulations and AI-based automated adaptive feedback (2017-2020). From 2019 to 2021, her research was funded by the international doctoral program REASON of the Elite Network of Bavaria. From 2022 to 2023, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Education & Educational Psychology at LMU Munich. Since 2023, she has been a staff member at the Friedl Schöller Endowed Chair of Educational Psychology at the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology, where she is involved in the COSIMA research group of the German Research Foundation (DFG).
