Tasks of the Women's Representative
The Women's Representative of the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology sees it as her primary task to enforce the actual equality of women and men in the faculty. In particular, this includes supporting the compatibility of work and family life for employees of the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology and students. The other duties are:
- Participation (voting right) in departmental council meetings
- Member (voting right) of the appointment committee
- Contact person for female students and scientists as well as employees and students with children
- Collaboration in the creation and updating of target agreements on diversity
